Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy (DIA) Manager

Our DIA Manager is responsible for the Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy. Responsibilities include closely collaborating with and supporting Independent Sexual Violence Managers, as well as overseeing specialised Independent Sexual Violence Advisors. They will guide the team in managing caseloads and ensure alignment with our community outreach plan to meet funding requirements. Building strong community links and fostering partnerships with multi-agency stakeholders in both statutory and voluntary sectors will be central to the role.

Independent Sexual Violence Advisor 

Are you a qualified ISVA or interested in training as an ISVA? Yellow Door is looking to recruit and train ISVAs to work across Hampshire. We are looking to recruit to a variety of specialisms within the ISVA team, and so welcome applicants with experience of working with children and young people, families, adults and supporting clients with complex needs. Comprehensive training will be provided as well the opportunity to achieve accreditation status by an external accreditation provider.

Project Support Administrator (ISVA) Client Navigator

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated person with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our ISVA Team.

Our ISVA Client Navigator is a vital part of our valued team. They are the first point of contact for ISVA service user referrals, follow-ups, and queries. Day-to-day, they will be processing referrals, supporting clients accessing short-term support, ensuring that clients are supported in line with our quality standards, and working closely with the ISVA team and managers and partnership agencies, all while providing exceptional customer service for service users, professionals and colleagues alike.

Sessional Children & Young People’s Play Therapist

We are looking for a qualified Play Therapist to join our exciting therapeutic team. This person needs to have experience working with children as you will be providing therapeutic interventions for service users aged 3-10 years. This may be individual, group or family sessions as required to meet diverse client needs including providing sessions for our domestic abuse programme, You Me and Mum.

Child and Adolescent Trauma Therapist (Frankie Worker Service)

Frankie Workers are dedicated counsellors for children and young people who are the victims of sexual abuse, sexual exploitation or female genital mutilation. They aim to prevent trauma from turning into poor mental health. Working alongside the Willow Team (Hampshire Child Sexual Exploitation Service) you will provide therapeutic support for children and young people aged 0-18 years. The sessions will be delivered in the community meeting the needs of the children and young people.
