As a service, we want to offer a safe space for you to have your say about Yellow Door. We are always open to receiving feedback to help us improve the support we can offer current and future clients. Here are the ways we have listened to your feedback to improve our service.

What we did – We have reinstated our reception area following Covid restrictions to allow people to wait in a warm and comfortable environment

What we did – We have have developed this space and will populate it regularly.
